"Nudists scored a major victory Monday night.



Penticton city council unanimously approved allowing city staff to “investigate provisions by way of specific designations (such as signage) to control clothing optional uses for a portion of Three Mile Beach.”



Furthermore, staff will “explore provisions by ways of special facilities (berms, landscaping, etc.) that would segregate uses such as a clothing optional area.”"
