"On Dec. 10, undercover investigators entered the Cowgirls Men's Club in the 900 block of FM 1960 after they received complaints about the business. The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office said three women provided illegal lap dances to investigators by exposing their breasts.



One woman agreed to engage in sex for money, according to Precinct 4."
